Shipping policy

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery timeline

All orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier availability.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders across India. This charge is included at checkout and covers standard delivery to your doorstep.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery partner details and tracking number. You can use this information to track your package directly on the delivery partner's website or app.

Delays & exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated window, unforeseen delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier disruptions. JVLI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
